Monday Night Meditation with Noah Hoffeld
A weekly live class that bridges the Bhakti path and Buddhist meditation โ the same territory Ram Dass spent his life exploring. Silence, dharma, and devotion, taught by one of his personal students. Join from wherever you are.

I teach this class the way I sit myself โ as a way of caring for the body, heart and mind. But it's also a way of finding out who we truly are. As Ram Dass taught, the quieter we get, the more we can hear. So every Monday night a small group of us gather from wherever we are, put our concerns aside for an hour, and remember what it feels like to be quiet.
I was a student of Ram Dass, and I still draw on what he taught me every time I teach. He spent his whole life moving between two homes โ the devotional heart of Bhakti and the insightful view of Buddhist practice. As he did, some weeks we focus on Buddha's teachings on working with our minds and emotions. Other weeks we lean more toward the heart, toward loving awareness as the practice itself. Some weeks, the two sit side by side.
This class is for anyone drawn to meditation, wherever you land on that spectrum of Bhakti to Buddhism, and beyond. Whether you've been practicing for years or you're just starting to get curious about what happens when you quiet down, and about the deep well of loving awareness that lives inside you.
"The quieter you become, the more you can hear." โ Ram Dass
